天然气管道干燥施工方法

On Drying Techniques of Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 管道干燥是天然气管道投产试运前的重要环节, 通过对几种管道干燥方法的对比, 认为干空气干燥法优于其它几种干燥施工法。采用干燥空气可直接对管道进行吹扫, 大大提高了管道的干燥效率。介绍了干空气通球干燥方法的施工流程、施工设备和注意事项, 为天然气管道顺利投产提供了可靠保证。

     

    Abstract: The dehydration of natural gas pipeline is an important procedure before commissioning. A comparison on different drying methods is made. It is considered that dry air dehydration technique is better than others with high productivity. The operation process, drying equipment and important drying steps are introduced for the dry air-pigging dehydration technique.
