输气管道中焊缝钢制弯管的试验研究

Feasibility Study and Test on Spiral-welded Bend Used in Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 石油天然气长输管道中的弯管是整个长输管道中的薄弱部分。多年来输气管道中的弯管一直都采用进口的UOE成型直缝钢管来制作, 其管材的成本费用较高及进口的时间太长, 为了提高输气管道的安全系数, 将螺旋埋弧焊钢管作为一种比较经济的管材用于天然气长输管道中的弯管, 并进行了试验研究。

     

    Abstract: The author presents a new concept to manufacture pipe bend with spiral-welded pipe in gas transmission pipeline. The feasibility study and test are carried out and results show that tension property, fracture toughness, bending strength and process quality are satisfactory.
