Design and Application on Cathodic Protection Management System for Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 对输气管道阴极保护电位的检测、跟踪和分析是判断阴极保护系统的运转状况和保护效果的必要手段, 应用计算机辅助手段对采集到的阴极保护电位数据进行存储和分析, 既提高了数据的利用率, 又提高了判断保护效果的准确性, 大大减轻了工作人员的劳动强度。介绍了输气管道阴极保护电位数据管理及分析系统设计思想和实现方法, 为计算机管理系统在管道防腐领域中的应用提供了范例。

     

    Abstract: Cathodic protection of gas transmission pipeline is a very important step of pipeline's corrosion control. To detect, trace and analyze the protective potentiometer are very necessary for determine the operating status and protection effect. Applying the computer-based methods to store and analyze the protective potentiometer data obtained can not only enhance the data's utilization rate, but also improve the veracity and time synchronization, which greatly reduces the laboring intension. This article mainly introduces the design conception and realizing methods for the management and analysis system of gas transmission pipeline cathodic protection potentiometer data, which sets an example for applying computer-based management system for the corrosion control of pipeline.
