埋地管道腐蚀评价与维修方法

Corrosion Assessment and Maintenance Method for Buried Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对胜利油田河口采油厂埋地管道腐蚀穿孔及改造投资较高的现状, 提出了埋地管道腐蚀评价及维修方法。利用管道电流检测评价技术和现场开挖核实等综合手段, 确定管道腐蚀程度, 掌握埋地管道腐蚀的位置, 对破损点进行优化设计。该方法针对性较强, 可以提高投资利用效率, 但工作量大, 操作复杂、施工组织管理困难, 完善后具有较好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: In the light of corrosion and high cost in maintenance for buried pipeline in Hekou Oil Production Plant of Shengli Oilfield, the corrosion assessment and maintenance method are put forward, including de termining the pipeline corrosion state and corrosion location with pipeline current measurement and assess ment technology and site-digging technique. The paper considers that the methods are effective to increase the profit-investment ratio after the method improvement.
