原油物性变化对库鄯管道运营的影响

Influence of Behavion Variation of Crude Oil on Operation for Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对库鄯管输原油粘度、密度逐年增大和重质油含量不断上升而导致管输设备效率降低、主泵机组工艺参数发生变化、输油成本增加和运行维护难度增大等问题进行了分析, 提出通过采取增加轻质油的掺入比或将稠油单独处理、添加GY-3降凝剂和增设中间加热站等相应措施, 可有效改进原油物性, 提高输油效率、降低输油成本。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the viscosity and density growing year by year and heavy oil content continuously higher for Tarim Crude Oil, the operational problems of Korla-Shanshan Pipeline in efficiency and process parameters of pump units, transportation cost and operation safety are analyzed. The relative measures to be taken to increase blend rate of light oil or separately treat heavy oil, inject GY-3 PPD and install intermediate heating station are put forward. The authors consider that these ways are very helpful to improve the property of crude oil, increase transportation capacity and cut down operation cost of the pipeline.
