管道输油站变压器节能降耗分析

Analysis on Energy Saving for Transformer in Oil Pump Station

  • 摘要: 分析了长输管道输油站变电所变压器的综合经济负荷率, 确定了两台变压器并列运行的条件, 在确定变压器的经济运行点后, 又确定了变压器的经济运行区, 其运行区间可分为最劣运行区、经济运行区和不良运行区三个区间。变压器在经济运行区运行能量损耗最少, 应尽量在此区段内运行, 以最大限度地降低变压器的损耗, 从而达到节能降耗的目的。

     

    Abstract: The comprehensive economic load rate of transformer in pump station is analyzed. Based on analytical result, the condition for double transformer parallel operation is first determined, then the economic operation region (the operation region of transformer is divided into 3 regions, the bad, economic and imperfect). It is considered that operation of transformer should be in the economic operation region for the lowest energy consumption, which can greatly reduce the energy consumption to the great extent.
