成品油管道的安全问题及对策

Problem and Countermeasures for Safety of Products Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对格拉成品油管道存在的人为损坏和破坏、管道运行环境变差、腐蚀严重等问题, 提出了解决的方案, 即积极与地方各级政府和铁路建设、公路改造部门协调, 签订管道安全保护事宜的协议, 主动与现场地方施工单位联系, 恳请保护管道, 建立地方政府、管道管理部门和公安部门三位一体的管道保护体系, 加大水工保护力度, 引入新技术、新方法, 通过增大科技投入延长管道使用寿命。

     

    Abstract: It is considered that Golmud-Lhasa Products Pipeline faces with problems, such as artificial destruction or damage, bad operation environment and pipeline corrosion. 9 solutions are presented to solve the problems.
