西气东输东段管道的综合投产技术

Comprehensive Commissioning Technology for the East-section Pipeline of West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 为了保证西气东输管道试压施工的安全, 西气东输管道东段(靖边—上海)均采用以水为介质的试压方案, 通过运用科学合理的技术手段, 解决了因管道口径大、线路沿途地形地貌复杂、管道施工难度大、试压水缺乏、设备能力有限等问题, 成功地进行了管道清管、测径、试压及干燥作业, 其综合投产技术可为今后类似管道工程提供施工依据。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the comprehensive commissioning technology for the East-section Pipeline (Shanghai-Jingbian Pipeline Section) of West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline, including the operation steps involved in pigging, calibration, water test and dewatering. It is considered that the comprehensive commissioning technology can be taken as an important criterion for other pipeline construction.
