新型原油流动性改进剂的研究及现场应用

The Study of New Pour Point Depressant and Application in ZhongLuo Pipeline to Transport Different Crude Oils

  • 摘要: 探讨了常用的原油流动性改进剂受到重复加热和高速剪切的作用, 改性效果很容易恶化的原因, 研究出了适用性较广的新型原油流动性改进剂。中洛线输送不同混合原油的现场应用表明, 该剂具有较好的抗重复加热和抗剪切性能, 可产生可观的经济效益。对不同物性混合原油的凝点回升情况进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: The common flowability improvers are generally affected by repeat heating and pump shear, which lead to an notable deterioration of flow behavior. In the light of this characteristic, a new type of pour point depressant is developed. The field experiment in ZhongLuo Pipeline to transport different crude oils show that the flowability improver can prevent and reduce repeat heating and pump shear.
