Abstract: The formation characteristics of price for long-distance pipeline engineering are introduced in the paper. The influence factors on international long-distance pipeline engineering are analyzed, meanwhile, a comprehensive analysis on structure of human labor input, input pattern of const ruction machinery, variation of natural factors and international economic situation are also made. It is pointed out that the price of international engineering is influenced by many factors and the formation process of price is more complicated. When the price is determined and tender decision is made, the practice of engineering should be taken into account, which the quantitative calculation and qualitative analysis should be made to provide reliable and basic data for the final decision making.
