阴极保护系统在罐区和长输管道中的应用

The Application of Cathodic Protection System in Tankfarm and Pipeline

  • 摘要: 对仪征输油站区域性阴极保护进行试验, 分别采用了垂直深井阳极对罐区进行外加电流阴极保护和浅埋阳极对储罐进行保护两种方法, 并将这两种阴极保护效果进行了对比。试验证明, 这两种方法都能使储罐底板下表面得到有效的阴极保护, 垂直深井阳极地床的保护电位更加均匀。并针对已建和新建储罐的阴极保护措施提出了建议。

     

    Abstract: An experiment on the regional cathodic protection system is made in Yizheng Pumping Station on the basis of two methods, the impressed current protection with vertical deep-well anode to tankfarm and shallow buried anode protection to tank. The protective results of the two methods are compared. The experiment results show that the both methods can provide an effective protection to the subsurface of bottom plate of oil tank, while the protection potential of vertical deep-well anode method is more uniform. The suggestion on the protective measures of built or newly-built oil tanks is proposed.
