总传热系数在冷管投产过程中的变化及计算

Calculation and Change of Heat Transfer Coefficient in Pipeline Commissioning in Winter

  • 摘要: 介绍了冬季输油管道投产过程中热水预热输油过程中的热量散失、管道总传热系数变化和投产过程中流态的变化等。通过对陆梁—石西输油管道投产过程中的数据(实测)的记录和分析, 重点研究了总传热系数在投产过程中的规律及其随时间的变化趋势, 以获取最佳效益。

     

    Abstract: Heat transfer coefficient, variation of flow region and heat loss for hot oil pipeline are studied in this paper. Some useful practical data are determined. The paper reviews and analyzes these data, and provides a most exact and practical figure of heat transfer coefficient by calculation. The calculation results can also provide a basis for practical operation of pipeline.
