南输成品油管道应用国产减阻剂试验

Application and Characteristic Analysis of the Drag Reduction Agent in Nanshu Products Transportation Pipeline

  • 摘要: 减阻剂是一种高分子聚合物, 能有效地减少油品流动阻力, 增加输量。介绍了PIPEWAY—S30 4国产成品油减阻剂在南输管道柴油输送的试验情况, 分析了减阻剂的减阻原理, 并根据试验数据给出了不同浓度下的摩阻计算公式。

     

    Abstract: It is the first time that the products oil drag reduction agent (DRA) made inland is applied in the products transportation pipeline. The tests of the PIPEWAY-S304 products DRA, which is developed by Pipeline Science & Technology Research Center of PetroChina Pipeline Company, have achieved great success. The paper introduces the tests process, analyzes the principles of performance of DRA and gives out the calculation formulae on frictional drag in different concentrations based on the test data.
