加剂大庆原油结蜡规律研究

Study on the Wax Deposition Law for Daqing Crude Oil Treated with PPD

  • 摘要: 研究考察了加剂大庆原油在结蜡模拟过程中流变性的变化和影响加剂大庆原油结蜡的各主要因素, 根据试验结果回归出加剂大庆原油的结蜡模型。重点研究了降凝剂对大庆原油结蜡的影响, 通过对比分析大庆空白原油与加剂原油的结蜡试验结果, 得出了两个重要结论。

     

    Abstract: The change of rheology for Daqing crude oil treated with PPD during the process of wax deposition simulation and the main factors influencing the wax deposition of the oil are studied and investigated. The wax deposition model for the oil is established with regression equations through experimental results. The influence of 8-31 PPD on the wax deposition of the oil is emphatically studied. The two important conclusions are obtained on the basis of comparison and analysis on the test results of wax deposition between Daqing blank crude oil and the oil treated with PPD.
