原油储存沉降规律及罐底油泥形成机理研究

Research on Settling Regularity of Crude Oil Storage and Formation Mechanism of Oil Sludge

  • 摘要: 对原油沉降的层面特性进行了试验研究, 将沉降进程划分为混沌期、暂稳期、聚沉期、稳定期四个特征时段。研究了原油储存过程中以胶粒聚沉、乳状液失稳脱水过程为主的沉降规律, 系统地分析了油泥组成、油泥产生量及其与原油组成特性的关系, 初步得出了油泥的形成机理。

     

    Abstract: According to the experiment research on settling character of crude oil, the settlement process is divided into chaotic period, temporary-stable period, coagulation period and stable period. The settlement regularity including colloidal particle coagulation and destabilizing dehydration of emulsion in the crude oil storage process is studied. Through analysis of oil sludge composition, generating amount of oil sludge and relations between it and crude oil character, the elementary stacked mechanism of oil sludge is obtained.
