地下洞库作为国家原油储备库的可行性分析

Feasibility Analysis on Using Underground Cavern as State Oil Strategic Reserves

  • 摘要: 国家原油储备库对我国有着重要的战略意义, 其选址和所采用的方式对整个设计方案具有重要影响。通过对黄岛地区岩石地质构造分析及300×104 m3原油地上钢制罐库与地下洞库的比较, 认为利用地下洞库储备原油, 在战略安全、经济、环保等方面均具有地上库不可比拟的优势。

     

    Abstract: The state oil strategic reserves is of strategic importance to a country, however, the location and types to be determined will effect a lot on the whole project. By analyzing the geological configuration in Huangdao district and comparing the aboveground oil tankf arm with a capacity of 3 million cubic meter with the underground cavern with the same capacity, the authors consider that the underground cavern has a remarkable advantage in safety, economy and environmental protection.
