油气水混输技术在石南油田的应用

Application of the Technique of Oil-Gas-Water Three-phase Flow in Shi'nan Oilfiled

  • 摘要: 针对石南油田基东集输管道起点压力高, 部分计量配水站的气液无法进入集输系统这一问题进行了分析, 发现采用三相混输公式求出的管道各段压降预测值与实测值较接近, 误差在5 %~30 %之间, 且较安全。根据压力预测结果选择油气水混输泵, 在基东集输管道起点区域增建了混输泵站及配套控制系统, 有效解决了其混输难题, 提高了经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The head pressure of Jidong gathering and transportation pipeline is very high because of the hypsography of Shi 'nan Oilfiled, as a result the gas and liquid of some metering and distribution stations can not flow to the gathering and transportation system. Therefore, the pressure drops of the hypsographic subsection pipeline lines are measured and predicted by the calculation models of gas-liquid multiphase flow in common use. The results show that the pressure predicted by the three-phase flow relations for the calculation of subsection pipelines is closest to the measured, and its error is about five percent to thirty percent and the predicted pressure is more conservative. The pump model for oil-gas-water multiphase flow is selected according to the predicted results, and the pump station and its corresponding control system are constructed nearby the start point of Jidong gathering and transportation pipeline. The application of the pressure increasing technique for oil-gas-water multiphase flow in Jidong Oilfield not only effectively solves the difficult problems of the Oilfield's multiphase flow and improve its social and economic benefits, but also accumulates some helpful experiences on the technical engineering application.
