The Technical Status Quo and Disparities in China's Pipeline Coating Industry

  • 摘要: 阐述了国内外各种管道防腐层在不同时期的应用状况及其发展趋势, 介绍了聚烯烃、熔结接头、液态材料和三层聚丙烯4种防腐层补口新技术, 并根据试验室评价和现场检测结果, 对各种管道防腐层性能要求及其选用方法进行了综合分析, 指出我国防腐层虽然基本实现了标准化, 某些技术参数已达到国外先进标准, 但与国外相比, 我国管道防腐层在设计、应用、材料品质、设计方案和补口技术等方面还存在一定的差距。

     

    Abstract: The application status quo of pipeline coatings in different stages and development tendency of pipeline coatings at home and abroad are described. The authors present four new techniques for the field coating for welded joint with polyolefins, liquid epoxide/polyurethane, butt fusion joint and 3PP. The comprehensive analysis on the performances and requirements of pipeline coatings and selection of coatings is made on the basis of experimental evaluation and field examination results. It is pointed out that although the standardization of pipeline coating production and several parameters have already met foreign relative standards and codes, the disparity still can be seen in design, application, material, design scenario and the field coating for welded joint technique compared with foreign technology.
