The Application of Flow Rate Regulating Valve in Offtake Station of Jingxi Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 在天然气长输管道分输站调压计量支路中增加流量调节阀, 利用流量调节阀进行流量控制, 可以有效地满足气量调配、保护相关工艺设备、抑制喘流等工艺要求, 并能缓解峰谷差对分输站的压力, 这种做法在实践中取得了较好的效果

     

    Abstract: Installing flow rate regulating valve on pressure regulating pipe of offtake station and regulating the gas flOW rate can effectively meet the needs of gas flow adj ustment, safeguarding relative equipments and control surge of compressor.This measure can also lighten the pressure induced by the difference of peak and valley in gas consumption.
