降凝剂改善西峰原油流变性研究

Study on Rheological Properties of Xifeng Crude Oil Treated by Pour Point Depressant

  • 摘要: 介绍了添加降凝剂改善西峰原油流变性研究的内容和方法, 对试验结果和影响加剂效果的因素进行了分析。西峰原油添加10 mg/kg GY—3降凝剂后, 其凝点、反常点和低温表观粘度大幅度降低, 当重复加热温度低于5 0℃时, 会恶化加剂原油的低温流变性。GY—3降凝剂的降凝效果具有较好的抗高速剪切能力

     

    Abstract: Of several commonly used commercial pour point depressants, the GY3 is selected to treat Xifeng crude oil in Changqing Oilfield and optimal technological parameters of treating are established.Doping 10 mg/kg of GY3 and heating the crude to 60℃ lead to depression of its pour point from 18℃ to 4℃ and of its abnormal point from 26℃ to 18℃ and to notable decrease of its apparent viscosity at low temperature.Rheological properties of the crude doped at low temperatures can be deteriorated by repeated heating at < 50℃, but can not be influenced largely by intensive shear.
