龙忠输气管道应用复合干燥法的可行性

The Application of Compound Desiccation Method in LongmenZhongxian Natural Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了输气管道投产使用的真空干燥法、干空气吹扫干燥法和甲醇扫线干燥法及其原理、工艺、技术要点。以龙门—忠县输气管道为例, 对三甘醇和干燥天然气吹扫的复合方法用于管道投产前的干燥的可行性进行了研究, 提出该管道应用复合干燥法的建议, 并对该管段干燥所需的时间进行了预测。

     

    Abstract: This article mainly describes how to compound the two desiccating methods, glycol desiccation and blowing the pipeline with dry natural gas to dry a newly-constructed natural gas pipeline, the LongmenZhongxian Natural Gas Pipeline and the principle, operation process and technical points of compound desiccation method.Several desiccation methods most widely used at present time like vacuum desiccation, dry air blowing desiccation and methanol desiccation are also introduced respectively.Take the LongmenZhongxian Natural Gas Pipeline as an example, a feasibility study is made on compounding the glycol desiccation and blowing the pipeline with dry natural gas to dry this pipeline before its commissioning.The suggestion on applying this method is put forward and the desiccation time needed for this pipeline is predicated.
