庆铁输油管道系统稳态优化运行分析

Analysis of the Optimal Schemes for the Steady Operation of Daqing to Tieling Parallel Oil Pipeline System

  • 摘要: 大庆至铁岭双线输油管道是目前我国最大的输油管道系统, 通过优化运行降低其能耗, 对提高该管道的经济效益具有重要的意义。利用专用软件QTOPT对该系统在多种条件下的稳态优化运行方案进行了计算和分析, 初步揭示了其优化运行的一些基本规律。通过优化运行方案与实际运行方案的对比, 证明该输油管道系统在现有条件下具有一定的节能降耗潜力

     

    Abstract: Daqing to Tieling Parallel Oil Pipeline is the largest oil pipeline system in China. It is of great significance to enhance the economy of the system by optimizing operation to reduce the energy cost. In this paper, the optimal scheme for the steady operation of the system is computed and analyzed for the given flow rates by means of QTOPT, a software developed by ourselves specially for the optimal steady operation of Daqing to Tieling oil pipeline system. Some fundamental rules for the optimal operation are found from the computed results. Compared with practical operation scenarios, it shows that the optimal operation will reduce energy cost of the system to some extent.
