鲁宁管道输油泵机组改造的节能分析

Result Analysis on Energy Saving for Pump Units Operated under Different Throughputs and Combinations Way in LuNing Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对输油泵机组改造前后在不同输量、不同运行方式下节能的对比分析, 指出在役老管道实现安全高效输油的重要途径是实施技术改造。就鲁宁管道泵机组改造后仍存在的问题进行了分析讨论, 并提出了相应的改进建议。

     

    Abstract: The comparison and analysis on energy saving for pump units operated under different throughputs and combination way in LuNing Oil Pipeline are made. It is pointed out that the important way to ensure the safe and effective operation of the pipeline is to adjust the operating way of pump units in single pump station and different combination operating ways for station-to-station mode. Based on this conception, the phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ operating way adjustment for pump-to-pump and station-to-station have been fulfilled in the whole pipeline and 1810×104 kW·h electric power is saved per year. The author puts forward the envisagement to the operating way adjustment of the pipeline in phase Ⅲ.
