高凝高粘原油微波脱水降粘输送技术

Study on Transportation Technology of Dehydrate and Viscosity Reduction for High Pour Point and Viscous Crude Oil with Microwave Radiation Technique

  • 摘要: 现有的高凝、高粘原油的管道输送技术都存在一定的局限性。介绍了微波辐射对含水原油的作用机理, 微波辐射具有热效应与非热效应, 认为利用微波辐射方法对原油进行改性, 可以达到快速降凝、降粘及脱水的目的, 以实现对高凝、高粘原油高效、低成本的净化与输送。

     

    Abstract: There are limitations currently in the pipe transportation for high pour point oil and high viscous oil.The microwave radiation may raise thermal effect and ant-thermal effect. The paper introduces the mechanism that microwave radiation makes the pour point and viscous crude oil contained water change. The author considers that the microwave radiation can be used to change the property of the oil, so as to lessen pour point and viscosity of crude oil and to dehydrate, and that efficient and economic purification and transportation for the oil could be realized.
