苏丹管道站场大壁厚管道焊接工艺研究

Study on the Welding Procedure of Heavy Thickness Pipe for Pump Station of Sudan Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 大壁厚站场管道的焊接是一项技术性很强的工作。对苏丹管道站场使用的材质为A10 6C、管径为6 10× 4 0mm的大壁厚管道进行了焊接工艺分析, 确定了焊接预热温度、复合坡口型式及焊接工艺。依据美国API 110 4标准对所制定的焊接工艺进行了评定, 对站场管道的焊接提出了几点建议。

     

    Abstract: The welding of heavy thickness pipe for pump station pipeline is a very complicated and technical item. The analysis of welding technology is made on heavy thickness pipe (A 106C steel, 610 mm in diameter and 40 mm in thickness) used in the pump stations of Sudan Oil Pipeline. The preheating temperature, type of combined bevel of pipe and welding process are determined based on the analytical results. The evaluation on the welding process is carried out on the basis of API 1104. Some suggestions on the welding procedure are put forward.
