含体积型缺陷管道剩余强度的计算与试验

Calculation and Test on the Remaining Strength of the Pipe withVolumetric Type Flaw

  • 摘要: 分别用一级评价、三维有限元和全尺寸实物爆破试验三种方法对含体积型缺陷管道的剩余强度进行了计算和试验, 并对这三种方法进行了分析、比较。结果表明, 有限元计算结果略低于全尺寸实物爆破试验结果, 而一级评价结果又低于有限元计算结果, 尤其对球面蚀坑和平底蚀坑这样的缺陷更加明显。

     

    Abstract: The remaining strength of the pipe with volumetric type flaw is calculated and tested in Level 1 assessment, 3D Finite Element Method (FEM) and full scale burst test respectively in the article. The analysis and comparison are made for the three methods. It indicates that the result of FEM is less than the one of full scale burst test, and the result of Level 1 assessment is less than the one of FEM.
