浮顶油罐举升方案优化设计
Optimization Design on Integral Lifting Program of Floating-roof Oil Tank

摘要: 对20000m3浮顶油罐进行了首次举升施工, 在尚不了解举升力在罐壁上分布规律的情况下, 为减小罐壁内力, 采用了罐体和浮顶分别举升的工艺。针对该工艺存在的不足, 根据现场经验, 讨论了将浮顶悬拉于罐体上同步举升、避免罐底开孔安装专用浮顶举升装置的工艺可行性, 提出了相应的计算方案, 并根据计算结果, 讨论了举升方案的优化设计。Abstract: During the first practice of lifting a 20000 m*3 floating roof tank, because the law of lifting force distribution on the tank wall is not clear, the technique of lifting a tank body and the floating roof separately is adopted in order to minimize the stress of the tank wall. On the basis of the practice, this paper discusses the possibility of integral lifting of a tank with the floating roof hanging over the body, so as to remedy the defect of the technique mentioned above to avoid holing a tank bottom for installing a special device for lifting the floating roof; further more, this paper puts forward a relevant computation method and probes into an optimized design of lifting plan based on the computation result, making ready theoretically for reasonable working-out a perfect program in tank lifting and safe undertaking of floating roof tank lifting in the future.
