易凝原油低温热输送的研究

Study on Low-temperature Transportation of High Pour Point Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 对湛茂管道所输的三种易凝原油的粘温特性进行了试验, 分析了该管道的低温输送规律和安全输送温度。根据试验结果, 调整了该管道的工艺运行参数, 通过降低输油温度的可行性论证, 证明输油温度降低后, 管道可平稳、安全运行。

     

    Abstract: Both the law of the low-temperature transportation and the safety transportation temperature of three kinds of high pour point crude oils are studied. The technical parameter of Zhanjiang-Maoming Oil Pipeline are adjusted based on the experiment results. Industrial operation indicates that after the transportation temperature is decreased, Zhanjiang-Maoming Oil Pipeline can be operated smoothly and safely.
