Abstract: The blending transportation of different oils is one of the technical problems to be solved in dealing with more and more imported oils in China. Combined with the operation actualities of domestic pipelines, the characteristics of oils blending transportation is studied and analyzed in this article. The basic demand and common operating method for the process of oils blending transportation are presented. The author describes the operating management and oils blending method as well as the technical problems to be focused on in blending transportation.
