管道原油在线含水含气率测量仪的设计

Design of In-line Water/Gas Content Instrument of Crude for Oil Pipe-line

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种体积小、功耗低、成本低、基于单片机的γ射线管道原油含水率测量仪, 该测量仪具有量程宽、精确度高的特点。论述了γ射线法的测量原理、系统硬件设计和软件设计。采用非接触测量方式, 可避免管道内结垢、结蜡对仪表的影响, 使仪表运行稳定可靠

     

    Abstract: A little, low power, low cost water/gas content instrument of crude for oil pipeline based on MCU is discussed in this paper. It has wide range and high accuracy. The principle of γray measurement, hardware and software in introduced in detail. In this untouched way, it can run steadily and safely in avoiding the in-fluence of scale deposit and wax deposit on pipe to the instrument.
