长距离天然气管道投产置换技术研究

Study on Gas Displacement Technique for the Commissioning of Gas Transmission Pipeline

  • 摘要: 对于涩宁兰天然气管道投产置换时采用的不同方案进行了对比分析, 阐明了各自的优缺点, 论述了不加隔离清管器方案的可行性, 并对检测数据进行了定性分析, 总结了一般性规律, 提出了一种大口径长距离天然气管道投产置换方案

     

    Abstract: The different gas displacement scenarios for Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline to be commissioned are compared and analyzed. This paper describes the advantages and disadvantages of use-separation-pig and non-use-separation pig and the feasibility of non-use-separation pig scenario. A qualita-tive analysis on the measurement data is made and common law is summarized. Based on the analytical result, the authors present a gas displacement technique for the commissioning of long distance and big diameter gas transmission pipeline.
