储罐底板阴极保护电位分布不均匀性分析

Analysis on Distribution Inhomogeneity of Cathodic Protection Potential for Bottom Plate of Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 大直径储罐底板的阴极保护电位存在较大差异, 可造成罐中心的欠保护, 提高罐边缘电位可能造成罐中心的过保护。利用电场的叠加理论, 计算了储罐底板电位不均匀性的最大值, 并推导了相应的计算公式, 指出阴极电场是影响储罐底板电位不均匀性的主要因素, 建议采用双阳极和四阳极的布置方法对储罐进行保护

     

    Abstract: There is a large difference in cathodic protection potential for the bottom plate of big-diameter oil tank, that will produce a poor-protection potential in the center plate of oil tank, while a over-protection in it will also produce when increasing the protection potential in the circumference direction. The maximum value of inhomogeneity of cathodic protection potential for bottom plate is calculated with superposition theorem of electric field and relative equations are derived. It is pointed out that the cathodic field is a major factor to influence the potential inhomogeneity of bottom plate of oil tank. The authors consider that double-anode or tetra-anode should be applied to protect oil tank.
