齐青管道定向钻穿越铁路的方案设计与施工

Scenario Design and Construction for Railway Crossing with Horizontal Directional Drilling Technique in Qilu Sinopec-Qingdao Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了齐鲁石化-青岛输气管道首次应用水平定向钻施工技术穿越蓝烟铁路的概况, 论述了蓝烟铁路水平定向钻穿越方案的设计和实施过程, 给出了穿越段钢套管的选用和管道防腐等程序, 对定向钻穿越铁路的施工安全性进行了评估。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the construction process of Lanyan Railway crossing with horizontal directional drilling (HDD) technique in Qilu Sinopec-Qingdao Gas Pipeline. The scenario design of Lanyan Railway crossing with HDD technique and construction process are described. The authors provide the selection standard for crossing steel casing and coating procedure for the gas pipeline and evaluate the construction safety of HDD technique.
