特殊支链聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯的合成及降凝性能评价

Compounding of Specific Lateral High Carbonic Polypropylene Alcoholic Ester and Pour Point Depressant Performance Evaluation

  • 摘要: 对国内外多种聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯原油降凝剂分子结构及其降凝效果进行了分析和评价, 美国贝克休斯公司生产的A4115对大庆管输原油降凝效果较好, 该聚合物为具有特殊支链结构、分子量及分布较大的聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯。以丙烯酸、高碳醇(C18、C20、C22醇) 为原料, 以对苯二芬等为阻聚剂, 浓硫酸为催化剂, 在100~130℃条件下酯化4~6h, 制得合成单体丙烯酸高碳醇酯。在不同反应条件下合成出具有特殊支链的丙烯酸高碳醇酯聚合物, 并与国内外聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯原油降凝剂进行了对比试验。

     

    Abstract: This paper gives analysis and evaluation on molecule structure and pour point reduction effect for crude oil for different kinds of high carbonic polypropylene alcoholic ester made in China and abroad. The study shows that the pour point depressant A-4115 by Baker-Hughes Co. of America has a better effect in pour point reduction for Daqing crude oil. The polymer is a kind of high carbonic polypropylene alcoholic ester, which has specific lateral chain structure, higher molecule weight and larger distribution scope. It gives a reaction method to compound monomer high carbonic polypropylene alcoholic ester under the conditions, of which the acrylic acid and high carbon alcohol such as C18, C20, and C22 alcohol are used as raw material, opposite phenol esterification time is about 4 to 6 hours at about 100~130℃. Specific lateral high carbonic polypropylene alcoholic esters are synthesized under different reaction conditions. The comparison results are given from tests by test comparisons of newly compounded esters and other high carbonic polypropylene alcoholic eater made in China and abroad.
