超声波对胜利浅海原油降粘试验研究

Experimental Study of Viscosity Reduction on Crude Oil of Shengli Shallow Sea Oilfield with Ultrasonic Technique

  • 摘要: 为了经济有效的开采高凝、高粘原油, 降低原油管道输送能耗, 对胜利油田浅海脱水原油进行了不同声强、频率、作用时间等超声波降粘试验和筛选最佳降粘参数组合的正交试验, 得到了超声波降粘的最佳组合参数。该研究有助于超声波在原油开采、输送等方面的应用。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore and transport high viscous crude oil economically and effectively, the viscosity reduction experiment with different ultrasonic wave intensity, different ultrasonic wave frequency and different action time and the orthogonal experiments on dehydrated crude oil of the Shengli Shallow Sea Oilfield are carried out. And the optimum combination parameter of viscosity reduction with ultrasonic technique is gained. The results will help the ultrasonic technique apply in oil production and oil transportation.
