庆铁输油管道腐蚀状况分析

Corrosion Analysis on Daqing-Tieling Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对庆铁输油管道初步查明的腐蚀分布状况进行分析, 提出了埋地钢质管道外腐蚀的机理和腐蚀分布基本规律, 将管道划分为极重腐蚀、重度腐蚀、中度腐蚀、轻度腐蚀和无腐蚀5个腐蚀等级, 结果表明, 管道腐蚀呈高度集中性, 腐蚀严重管段的分布有往坡上和坡下集中的倾向, 且腐蚀环向分布极不均匀, 同时指出, 管道防腐层的微裂纹最易在3、9点钟部位形成。

     

    Abstract: Based on the analytical result of corrosion investigation in Daqing-Tieling Oil Pipeline, the external corrosion mechanism and basic law of corrosion distribution of the buried steel pipeline are presented.Taking per kilometer pipeline as an evaluation unit, the corrosion category is divided into 5 typs, that is, "very seriously corrosion", serious corrosion, "medium corrosion", "slight corrosion" and "no corrosion "The evaluation results show that the corrosion of the pipeline is characterized by a high centralization, the corrosion distribution for the "serious corrosion" pipe section presents a tendency to center to upstream and downstream pipe section, and the corrosion distribution in pipe's circumferentia is not uniform. It is pointed out that the micro-cracks in coating is likely formed at 3 or 9 o'clock position of the pipe.
