The Configuration of Compressor Station for West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project

  • 摘要: 压气站的设置在大型输气管道中是非常关键的技术。介绍了压气站的机组备用形式、不同压比的输送方案比选、影响压气站设置的因素等。通过四种压气站输送方案的经济对比, 确定了压气站的数量设置和机组的选择范围。对压气站适应“照付不议”补提量和干线管道施加内涂层的经济效果进行了分析。

     

    Abstract: Compressor station configuration is the key technique in the large-scale gas pipeline project design.Based on the design experience of West-to-East Gas Pipeline Project (WEGPP), the article describes the backup method of compressor unit in the compressor station, the comparison of different compressibility ratio scheme, and the key factors considered on the configuration of compressor station. At the same time it analyzes the adaptability of compressor station to increase the capacity and the effect of internal coating applied for the transportation capacity.
