海四联外输管道停输与不预热投产过程的研究

Study on Shutdown and No-preheating Process of Haisilian Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 通过对海四联外输原油流变性的研究, 建立了热油管道停输与不预热投产过程的数学模型, 模拟计算了海四联外输管道停输与不预热投产过程, 给出了管外土壤与管内油品的温度分布、管内压力的变化及流量的恢复过程。在模拟计算的基础上, 实现了管道前半段动火停输、新建管段不预热直接投油, 全线启动投产一次成功。现场实测数据与模拟计算结果基本一致。

     

    Abstract: The mathematical model of shutdown and no-preheating process are established for heat oil pipeline through study on Haisilian Oil Pipeline. The commissioning process on shutdown and no-preheating of Haisilian Oil Pipeline is simulated and temperature distribution for the soil and oil, the variety of pressure and building-up process of throughput are given. On the basis of simulation and calculation, the pipeline commissioning with the way of shutdown (in the former section of pipe), no-preheating for newly-built pipe section is realized. The site measured data are basically in line with the simulated calculation.
