充液式双重密封在浮顶罐中的应用

Application of Liquid-filled Double Seal in Floating Roof Tank

  • 摘要: 介绍了充液式双重密封的结构和特点, 并与运用较为广泛的泡沫软密封加挡雨板密封结构进行了油气损失对比。对比结果表明, 此种密封结构的油气蒸发损失是泡沫软密封加挡雨板密封结构的1/4倍。

     

    Abstract: The structure and features of liquid-filled double seal used in floating roof tank are introduced.This kind of seal is consisted of rubber pipe with liquid filled and preliminary seal, widely used in crude oil tank and products floating roof tank.A comparison between this seal and foam soft seal plus weather shield seal on the loss of light component is made.The result shows that the loss of light component of the former is only a 0.25 times of the latter.
