应用油液分析法诊断天然气增压机组故障

Used-oil Analysis Applied to the Fault Diagnosis of the Natural gas Pressurization Units

  • 摘要: 针对天然气长输管道增压机组的结构及运行特点, 结合国内外故障诊断技术的最新发展, 设计出增压机组润滑与磨损状态监测系统方案。在分析了增压机组一般润滑工况的基础上, 建立了以油液分析为中心的监测指标体系。依据所设计的监测方案, 对典型的进口天然气增压机组开展了状态监测试验, 制定了相应的油液分析诊断标准。将油液分析与振动分析相结合, 对某压气站增压机组存在的问题进行了综合诊断, 提出了相关的应对措施。

     

    Abstract: A lubrication and wear condition monitoring system is designed for the natural gas pressurization units in the long-distance natural gas transportation in accordance with the structure and operation characters of the unit and the new development of the fault diagnosis technology.The lubricant monitoring index serials are also set-up in terms of the common lubrication conditions of the pressurization units.Then the svstem is applied to the condition monitoring tests on the typical imported natural gas pressurization units.The diagnosis standards by used-oil analysis is established based on the monitoring experiences.Typically, the faults of the pressurization units in a station are checked-out by combining the used-oil analysis with the vibration analysis.of which the fault causes and mechanisms of the No.1 unit is analyzed and the correct measures are also suggested.
