东部管网原油混合输送的节能分析

Energy Saving Analysis on Crude Oil Blending Transportation for Eastern Pipeline Networks

  • 摘要: 根据东部管网实际运行情况, 分析了东部管网部分管道实施国内原油与进口原油混合输送的优越性。以鲁宁输油管道和沧临输油管道为例, 对原油混合输送的经济效益进行分析对比, 指出国内原油与进口原油混合输送不仅节能降耗效益显著, 而且随着国内市场对进口原油需求的增加, 混合输送将具有十分广阔的市场。

     

    Abstract: The Eastern Pipeline networks consist of 14 pipelines, including Donghuang Parallel Pipeline, GuangQi Pipeline, JiaoQing Pipeline (in shut down), DongLin Parallel Pipeline, LuNing Pipeline, YiJin Pipeline, LinJi Pipeline, CangLin Pipeline, Cang-Sinopec Pipeline, CangHe Pipeline, HeShi Pipeline, CangJin Pipe-1ine。LinPu Pipeline and ZhongLuo Pipeline.According to the operation actualities of the networks, the feasibility on blending transportation of crude oils (domestic crude oil and imported crude oil) with the partial pipeline of the network is analyzed.Take the LuNing and CangLin Pipeline as an example, analysis and comparison on the profits of blend transportation are carried out.It is pointed out that the blend transportation is not only feasible in energy saving, but also bright and wide application for the technology itself with the increasing demand for imported crude oil in domestic oil market.
