胶凝原油启动屈服值正交试验

The Orthogonal Test on Restart Yield Value of Gelled Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 管流试验装置的试验研究表明, 原油启动屈服值不仅与温度密切相关, 还与预剪切流量、静态温降幅度、启动流量等存在一定的关系。利用正交试验统计方法分析了各个因素对胶凝原油启动屈服值的影响。分析结果表明, 影响启动屈服值的各个因素重要性的排序为, 启动时的试验温度、静态降温幅度、启动流量和预剪切流量。

     

    Abstract: The research on the Model Pipeline Test Apparatus (MPTA) shows that the restart yield value is related to not only the temperature but also the previous shear flux, the scope of temperature decreasing when the oil is in static state, the restart flux and so on.The influence of the factors on the gelled crude oil's restart yield value is studied using the orthogonal test method.The importance of these factors on the restart yield value in turn is as follows: the test temperature, these cope of temperature decreasing when oil is in static state, the restart flux and the previous shear flux.
