黄岛油库外输工艺改造与效能分析

Result Analysis on Technology Improvement of oil Transportation Process in Huangdao Oil Tankfarm

  • 摘要: 针对黄岛油库外输工艺的现状, 对泵合理匹配、优化运行问题进行了分析。东黄复线和老线的外输工艺改造前后泵运行参数和耗电量的对比分析结果表明, 工艺改造后不仅增大了泵运行的安全系数, 而且减少了泵因节流造成的能量损失, 提高了经济效益。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the status quo of oil transportation process in Huangdao tankfarm, an analysis on the rational allocation of pump sets is made.The comparison on operational parameters and power consumption of pump sets before and after technology improvement for the original and/or existing DongHuang Pipe-lines is made.The results show that the safe factor of pump sets operation is increased and energy loss from throttling is decreased after technology improvement.
