  • 摘要: 对于同时有多种油品在管道内顺序输送的成品油管道, 沿线油品分输的对象主要是面向市场的石油销售公司。有效制定管道的油品调度运行计划, 将关系到管道安全运行和石油销售公司的经济利益。为了使成品油管道更好地面向市场经营, 满足多变的市场需求, 对成品油管道调度运行计划的制定作了基础研究, 并在此基础上开发了制定调度运行计划的软件。

     

    Abstract: For the products pipeline, to work out an effective operation and offtake program is very important, which can ensure safe operation of products pipeline and protect the economic benefit of petroleum marketing company.For the purpose, a basic study to work out a operation and offtake program for products pipeline is made, and starting from this point, the operation and offtake program for products pipeline is development.
