浮顶油罐举升工艺的研究及应用

Study and Application of Hydraulic Lift Upsidedown Erection Method for Floating Roof Tank

  • 摘要: 针对浮顶油罐结构特点, 讨论了浮顶油罐举升方案与举升原理。结合20000 m3浮顶油罐现场举升试验, 介绍了举升工艺的技术要求、浮顶油罐举升的工艺流程及必要的安全和加固措施, 并根据试验结果, 提出了举升工艺完善和改进的建议。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the structural features of floating roof tank, the hydraulic lift upsidedown erection method is described. Take the site lift testing of 20000 m3 floating roof tank as an example, this paper introduces the technical specifications, erection process and necessary safety stability measures for the lift program. The suggestion to improve the lift process is given.
