埕岛油田海底管道冲刷悬空机理及对策

The Scouring Span and its Control Methods for Subsea Pipeline in Chengdao Oilfield

  • 摘要: 对埕岛油田海底管道冲刷悬空的机理进行了理论分析及模型试验, 给出了海底管道在水流作用下发生共振时实际最大允许悬空长度的范围, 并在此基础上对抛砂袋结合混凝土块覆盖法、水下短桩支承法和挠性软管跨接法等治理对策进行了对比。提出应采取改进常规的挖沟埋管工艺、实行定期检查和测量海底管道悬空长度范围等治理措施, 尤其对已投产和新建的海底管线悬空问题的治理, 建议应分别采用水下短桩支撑法和防生物覆盖或挠性软管跨接法。

     

    Abstract: According to in-situ investigation, theoretic analysis and model testing research, the factors affecting the scouring span of subsea pipeline in Cbengdao Oilfield are analyzed in this paper. The control methods for unsupported scouring span of subsea pipeline, such as "grout bags hackfilling with concrete mattresses covering", "under water piles supporting" and "flexible pipe jumping", are discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods are compared and some suggestions for design, installation and operations of subsea pipeline in Chengdao Oilfield are also given in this paper.
