涩宁兰输气管道刘化支线黄河跨越设计

Truss Overhead Crossing Design of Liuhua Pipeline Section for Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 涩宁兰输气管道刘化支线黄河跨越工程, 利用了现场原有的废弃铁路桥墩条件, 在对该桥进行低应变应力检测及各项观测后, 采用经济、结构简单、受力明确的空间桁架梁式管道跨越结构设计方案, 主枝和腹杆全部采用钢管结构, 节点全部采用无节点板的相贯节点, 使得整个跨越结构设计合理, 节约了大量的资金。

     

    Abstract: Liuhua pipeline section, a branch gas pipeline of Sebei Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Pipeline, is designed and constructed with the truss overhead crossing method. This truss overhead crossing structure is characterized by economic and simple in structure and clear arid distinct in force's transfer in its structure itself. The saving of project investment is remarkable with this crossing structure in Liuhua pipelme section.
