泵机组循环试验介质温升分析

Analysis on Temperature Rising of Medium Circulating Test for Pump Set

  • 摘要: 在大功率泵机组循环试验中, 其介质温升是一个很严重的问题, 温升大小对于整个试验的安全具有重要意义。通过对循环试验介质温升来源进行分析, 给出了介质与油罐之间热量交换的粗略计算方法, 并结合试验初步探讨了介质温升的规律。

     

    Abstract: In circulating test of heavy power pump set, the temperature rising of medium is a problem to be focused on, and the scope of temperature rising is of importance to the safety of overall test. An analysis on the cause of temperature rising during circulating test is made, the gross calculating method on heat exchange between test medium and oil tank is given. In this paper, the regularity of medium temperature rising is described.
