Temperature Variation Influences the Rheology of Blend Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 在室内试验的基础上, 研究了混合原油温度对流变性的影响, 提出了混合原油凝点、粘度、稠度系数、流变指数等参数与混合原油温度的关系式, 通过对鲁宁输油管道现场实测证明, 该关系式的计算结果能够满足管道运行的需要, 为鲁宁输油管道的生产决策提供了可靠的试验数据。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of indoor experiment. tbe influence of temperature variation on the rheology of blend crude oil is studied. The relationship between the pour point, viscosity, consistency coefficient, rheological behavior index of blend crude oil and temperature is given. Site test in LuNing oil pipeline show that the calculation resuIts obtained from this relationship can meet the needs of pipeline operation, which is helpful to the safe operation for LuNing oil pipeline.
