Studies on Temperature Drop of Buried Waxy Crude Pipelines in Shutdown: A General Review

  • 摘要: 全面分析了埋地含蜡原油管道停输后管内原油的温降规律, 对埋地含蜡原油管道与输水管道、稠油管道以及架空管道的停输温降规律进行了比较。在分析影响埋地含蜡原油管道停输温降的各种因素时, 指出停输初始阶段的自然对流传热和伴随有蜡晶潜热释放的移动界面传热问题是埋地含蜡原油管道停输温降研究的两个关键。分析并比较了常用的停输温降数学模型。

     

    Abstract: The temperature drop characteristics of buried waxy crude pipelines in shutdown are summarized and compared with those in water pipelines, heavy crude pipelines and aerial waxy crude pipelines. Based on analysis on governing influencing factors, it is pointed out that two key problems have to be solved for better understanding and solving the temperature drop problem of huried waxy crude pipe¨nes in shutdown, which are the natural convection heat transfer in the initial period after shutdown, and the moving-boundary heat transfer associated with latent heat releasing due to wax precipitation. The commonly-used mathematical models for temperature drop of buried waxy crude pipelines in shutdown are discussed and compared.
